Grief Hangover Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups oat milk, or other plant-based or dairy milk
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. linseeds
  • 1 tbsp. natural smooth peanut butter
  • juice from 1 freshly squeezed orange
  • 1 tsp honey
  • a handful of ice
  • dash of cinnamon to garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a decent blender, making sure the seeds are covered in the liquid so they begin to soften. Blend until smooth, decant into separate glasses, sprinkle cinnamon to garnish and serve.
