Ingredients

banana

avocado

oat milk, or other plant-based or dairy milk

tsp.
chia seeds

tsp.
linseeds
1
tbsp.
natural smooth peanut butter
juice from 1 freshly squeezed orange
1
tsp
honey
a handful of ice
dash of cinnamon to garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a decent blender, making sure the seeds are covered in the liquid so they begin to soften. Blend until smooth, decant into separate glasses, sprinkle cinnamon to garnish and serve.
